I've led multi-agency networks of 600+ professionals, developed trauma-informed approaches across healthcare, criminal justice and education sectors, and trained 1000’s of professionals in Compassionate Leadership.
This work taught me something important: the most successful leaders aren't those who push through at all costs, they're the ones who understand how to work with their human nature, not against it.
My academic background includes an MSc in Conflict Resolution and Mediation (with Distinction) and Level 7 ILM accreditation in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring. But what really sets me apart isn't just my credentials- it's my approach to professional coaching
